We know how boring it can be to do the same drills and exercises, that's why every class is different at Fitness Edge MD. We customize our workouts daily, according to class size and each member's physicality. But we do make sure you have fun and get a great sweat session! And if you're thinking about joining us, drop in for a free trial class any time.
Every Monday and Wednesday at 5:30PM during the Open Gym/Barbell class, members can train by themselves or learn about technique in a more personalized setting with the trainer on duty. We cap off the week with HIIT every Sunday at 10:00AM. Both classes are available for all members.
All classes are 1 hour long, unless otherwise specified.
